Fiesta del Mariachi is a vibrant community event that celebrates San José’s Mexican heritage through the traditions of mariachi music. Featuring an outdoor concert and family-friendly activities, the festival brings the neighborhood together to honor cultural roots and support local artists.

Hosted by the School of Arts and Culture (SOAC), Fiesta del Mariachi embodies the organization’s mission to serve as a cultural hub for East San José, promoting artistic expression, education, and community connection. For this event, I created engaging digital content across multiple platforms, including social media posts, reels, newsletters, and stories, designed to capture the energy of the celebration and highlight the artists and community behind it.
