Alebrijes en San José was part of a traveling art exhibition featuring large-scale, vibrant sculptures that have been showcased around the world. The installation was brought to San José in partnership with San José Jazz and made its local debut during San José Jazz’s annual Summer Fest, a premier music festival held in downtown San José.

Following their debut, the Alebrijes became a centerpiece for a variety of community events, including CityDance nights, weekly Movie Nights, art workshops, and cultural celebrations such as Ritmos y Colores and El Último Baile.

To strengthen the connection between these events and the exhibition, I developed and maintained consistent branding throughout the Alebrijes’ stay. This ensured that all promotional materials and experiences were visually cohesive and clearly associated with both Alebrijes en San José and San José Jazz.
